I received the engraving machine on Wednesday afternoon. (One day is pretty good for 3 day air ).
I got it up and running in about an hour on my computer. Just for your reference its on Windows Vista
and runs perfect.

Engraved about 10 acrylic pens yesterday, 5 wood, and even one of my Micro Molecular Metal pens (M3).
Its Works Perfect!!! I just wanted to send you a courtesy email telling you that I am very happy with the
engraver and it works perfect.

Also I have engraved my plastic and wood pen cases as well. PERFECT!

I have the FX machine and it works so well with my company.
I do strictly cutouts of names and my customers love them! It really can cut almost any material
and it creates perfect charms for all my necklaces and bracelets. After the first few months the
cutouts became pure profit! I love this machine!

I love my GEM-RX4 Machine!
I purchased one of these a year ago and started my own business.
Today my business is booming! I do over 200 engravings a day and the most I have ever had
to do to this machine is change the engraving needle. I couldn't believe how easy this machine
